Ergun Tarkan Cakir is Co-founder and General Manager of TURKVAS LTD (Ankara and İstanbul, Turkey), a role he has held since 2011. Since 1993 he has worked in information technologies and software, holding positions from IT Specialist and Information Technologies and Operation Manager to Sales Manager, Regional Director, Deputy General Manager and General Manager at NETSİS Software Inc., and has been a co-founder and general manager of Mobile İnternet Inc. and EDS Computer LTD. He has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of PNS and of the Ukraine- and Egypt-based companies UNS (Kiev) and ENS (Cairo), and as General Manager and Board Member of The Life Co (Turkey, Germany, England). Education: Computer Engineering, Boğaziçi University, 1991 – 1995.
